Whether it's a slow leak that's been eating your subfloor for weeks or a flooded basement at 2am, our Nelson crews are already moving. Hirex Water Damage sends licensed technicians straight to your Nelson address with extraction equipment already loaded and running.
We built our Nelson branch after hearing the same complaint over and over from Nelson, NH property owners — the "24/7" number that never actually answers. Every technician on our Nelson roster is a Hirex Water Damage employee, not a gig-app contractor pulled from a random directory.
Our senior technicians are IICRC-certified and have worked everything from a clean supply-line break to a full sewage backup, so Water Damage Repair in Nelson isn't a side service we tacked on — it's the reason the company exists. Full liability coverage and Nelson, NH licensing back every job we take, so you're protected from the moment our truck pulls into the driveway.
Because our equipment lives in a Nelson, NH warehouse rather than out of state, we're not waiting on a supply run before we can start extraction.
Ask any Nelson property manager who has dealt with a burst supply line at 3am — the difference between a crew that shows up ready and one still loading a truck at the shop is measured in gallons of water soaking into your subfloor. That's the gap Hirex Water Damage was built to close, one Nelson call at a time.
Not every leak announces itself with a flooded floor. A lot of the worst damage we see in Nelson started small and got ignored for weeks. Here's what tells us a property needs professional attention rather than a mop and a fan:
If you're nodding along to any of these, get ahead of it now rather than later — our Nelson dispatcher will give you an honest read on urgency, not a sales pitch.
We size the Nelson response to the actual damage — a single-room extraction gets a two-person crew, a commercial loss gets the full fleet — nothing gets a cookie-cutter response.
We arrive with submersible pumps and truck-mount extractors that get standing water out of a Nelson property before it soaks deeper into the subfloor. Every extraction job includes moisture mapping so we know exactly which materials are still holding water once the visible flooding is gone.
We place industrial dehumidifiers and air movers based on actual psychrometric calculations, not a standard equipment count per room, with daily drying logs so you can see the numbers improving, not just take our word for it.
For families in Nelson, this covers flood-cut drywall removal, subfloor evaluation, and packing out salvageable belongings for cleaning, with clear photo documentation at every stage for your insurance claim.
For commercial Nelson accounts, we assign a project lead, run crews after normal hours to reduce downtime, and bring equipment sized to the actual footprint — we know a flooded lobby or a leaking unit above tenants below has to move fast.
Category 3 blackwater calls for full PPE, antimicrobial treatment, and disposal of anything porous that touched the contamination — our Nelson crews are trained for exactly that protocol.
On top of standard drying, our Nelson crews treat affected materials to reduce mold risk and will be upfront if a section needs specialist remediation.
We quote the job before equipment gets plugged in, so there's no surprise line item buried in the final invoice.
Local staging inside Nelson, NH means Nelson response times usually beat the national average by a wide margin.
We photograph and log every step specifically so your claim moves faster and you're not the one arguing with the insurance company.
Final moisture readings have to hit dry-standard before we consider a Nelson job done, and getting there again is on us, not you.
Tell our Nelson dispatcher what's happening — we'll ask a few quick questions to send the right equipment on the first trip.
The closest available technician is routed to your Nelson property with equipment staged and ready.
Extraction happens immediately, followed by a moisture survey that tells us precisely where the drying equipment needs to go.
Daily moisture checks continue until every affected material reads dry, and you get a complete report at the end.
We measure moisture with instruments, not guesswork, and we won't sign off on a Nelson job until those readings match the dry standard for the materials involved. If a callback shows lingering moisture within 30 days of a completed job, we return and correct it at no additional charge.
We put that guarantee directly on the Nelson work order, not just in an ad. If a second visit is ever needed, it comes from the same crew that handled the original job whenever scheduling allows, since they already know the property and the readings we started from.
